Refund, Return & Exchange

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checking every product before dispatch.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed, except in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.

Return & Exchange Request Timeline

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must raise your return or exchange request within 1–2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the issue.

This video is mandatory for verification.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund, return, or exchange request.

How to Raise a Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Clear Unboxing Video
  • Photos of the Product (if required)
  • Brief Description of the Issue

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your registered bank account after verification.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.

Exchange requests must be raised within 1–2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved, the Exchange product will be delivered within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability and your location.

Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories will not be accepted.
  • Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or display settings are normal and will not be considered a defect.
  • As our sarees are handcrafted, slight weaving irregularities, thread pulls, small stain marks from the weaving process, or natural texture variations are characteristics of authentic handloom products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • STVS reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
